B&Q Grantham is seeking a Store Manager to lead our team and drive a store that inspires customers and colleagues alike. You will focus on improving performance and customer service while empowering staff to contribute ideas, with flexibility to cover bank holidays, evenings and weekends.

You will manage a diverse team in a fast-paced retail environment, under a company committed to diversity, wellbeing and a strong benefits package.

You’reflexible enough to cover bank holidays, evenings and weekends too. And, above all, you know how to create an environment where team members feel supported, valued, and encouraged to offer ideas.
