Crown Paints is seeking to recruit an experienced Store Manager to join our team based in Sheffield.
As the Store Manager, you will support and guide our full-time and part-time Sales Assistants/Drivers in maximizing profits by driving sales of our decorative paints and sundry items. You will manage and motivate your team to provide every customer with a personal experience from entry to exit.
We seek a commercially astute leader with retail management experience, team leadership skills, and a consultative sales approach. You should have a proven track record of improving store performance through reviewing sales/KPI results and developing key product sales. A valid driving license and the ability to drive are essential, as the CDC coordinates daily customer deliveries.
