Job summary

Holland & Barrett Felixstowe is seeking a Store Manager to lead a high‑performing team, deliver outstanding customer experiences and drive commercial success at our Hamilton Road store.

You'll coach colleagues through our Qualified to Advise training, develop talent, manage stock, visual merchandising, and health and safety, and work closely with your Regional Manager to share best practice across the region.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading teams and managing store operations in a retail environment.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to develop high-performing teams.
• Commercial awareness and confidence managing performance, budgets and business priorities.

Permanent | 38.75 hours per week

Salary: Up to £29,700 per annum (depending on experience)
