Job summary

Holland & Barrett stores across the UK are seeking a Store Manager to lead a team, drive sales and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will manage payroll, stock, and operations while ensuring compliance and safety standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

The successful candidate will develop colleagues through the Company’s training programs and foster a culture of wellbeing and service excellence, with opportunities to grow within the region.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead, inspire and develop a high‑performing team that delivers exceptional customer experiences every day.
• Build a culture of learning and wellbeing by coaching colleagues and helping them become trusted health and wellness experts through our Qualified to Advise training which you will also undergo.
• Drive commercial performance by managing sales, profitability, payroll and operational excellence.
• Ensure stock availability, visual merchandising, compliance and health and safety standards are maintained across the store.
• Champion the use of technology to improve operational efficiency and enhance the customer experience.
• Work collaboratively with your Regional Manager and peers to share best practice and deliver success across the wider region.
