Job summary

B&M Retail in Redcar is seeking a Store Manager to own store performance, drive sales and lead a busy team in a fast-paced, high-turnover environment.

You will coach staff, maintain strong store standards, and manage stock levels while making commercial decisions to maximise profitability. Flexibility across days, evenings, weekends and bank holidays is essential.
