Role Responsibilities

1. Overall responsibility for store operations, emphasizing customer experience, colleague development, and commercial growth aligned with our 5-year strategy.
2. Develop a team of colleagues committed to our customer promise, seeking ways to delight customers.
3. Coach, train, and develop colleagues, leveraging their strengths and addressing development areas.
4. Proactively recruit Assistant Managers, Team Leaders, and Sales Assistants who embody our values and possess the necessary skills.
5. Make commercial decisions regarding stock availability and merchandising.
6. Engage with key stakeholders to understand broader business insights.
7. Provide constructive feedback to the store team and management to promote growth and business opportunities.
