Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Peterborough, Corby, Bourne, or our Wembley store for a Store Manager at Full of Beans Group. The Store Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, overseeing store management, maintaining standards, motivating the team, implementing retail loss prevention strategies, and increasing sales and footfall.

Qualifications

• Customer satisfaction and customer service skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in store management
• Knowledge of retail loss prevention
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in the hospitality or retail industry, ideally in a large coffee shop brand
