Role overview

Are you a Store Manager interested in working with one of the UK’s leading eyecare providers and selling premium eyewear brands such as Ray-Ban, Oakley, and Prada?

The Vision Express store in Nuneaton is currently looking for its next Store Manager to support the joint venture partners, lead a team of 7 retail colleagues, and 3 resident optometrists. Our ideal candidate would have optical experience and a strong understanding of sales.

As a Store Manager at Vision Express, you’ll be responsible for leading the store's culture, managing day-to-day operations, and motivating your team to deliver tailored and effective eyecare and eyewear solutions to customers daily.

Although the hours of this role are advertised, we are open to discussing flexible working options to suit your needs, whether that involves hours to fit around the school run or a compressed week.
