Job summary

Vision Express Nottingham Victoria Centre is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a team of around 25 colleagues, supported by two Assistant Store Managers, at a flagship store. You will own store performance, customer experience, and commercial results.

You will coach your team, drive exceptional customer experiences, implement product and service launches, and collaborate with senior leaders across Vision Express to progress into wider leadership opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous Store Manager or senior retail leadership experience.
• Proven track record in improving customer experience and NPS.
• Experience leading large teams and engaging colleagues.
• Strong communication and influencing skills.
• Ambition to progress into broader leadership roles.
• Optical industry experience is not essential.

What You'll Do

• • Lead, coach and develop a large retail team, creating a culture of accountability, engagement and success
• • Drive exceptional customer experiences and continuously improve NPS performance
• • Manage store performance, sales growth and key business objectives
• • Work closely with your Assistant Store Managers to deliver operational excellence across the store
• • Support colleague development, succession planning and performance management
• • Ensure your store remains customer-focused, compliant and commercially successful
