Store Manager - Norwich

Simon Acres Recruitment are looking for a personable, driven, and positive Store Manager for a well-established, highly successful, and growing Furniture retailer.

Our client's store in Norwich is searching for talented people who can help deliver an outstanding service and an exceptional retail experience. They’re now seeking an inspiring Store Manager to lead the team, drive performance, and set the standard for premium customer service.

Full-Time

£36,000 Per Annum Basic (DOE) + Commission & Monthly Store Performance Bonus (Up to £60,000 OTE)

Your Responsibilities

As Store Manager, you’ll take full control of the store’s performance and inspire your team to deliver consistently high results.

Key duties include:
  • Leading and motivating the team to exceed sales targets and KPIs
  • Coaching and developing Sales Consultants to reach their full potential
  • Creating a welcoming, customer-focused environment
  • Overseeing day-to-day operations, including stock, merchandising, Health & Safety, and compliance
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for customer issues and in-store queries
