Job summary

Card Factory is seeking a Store Manager to lead a store, shape a positive culture, and support colleagues in delivering great customer experiences. You will coach, mentor and drive performance, using data to steer decisions and improve results.

You’ll work closely with District and Regional Managers to grow the business, improve operations and celebrate team successes. Applicants should be ready to lead with energy and care.
