Pets at Home in the Greater Manchester area is looking for a Store Manager to lead a busy pet care centre, drive sales and deliver an exceptional shopping experience for customers and their pets. Qualifications

• At least 2 years of management experience in a retail environment, leading a team of 10 or more in a fast-paced setting.
• A passion for retail and a proven track record of delivering excellent results.
• Flexibility to work a 7-day shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to engage and motivate your team.
• Are passionate about learning and committed to training covering areas such as customer service, health and safety, and pet care

Store Manager - The Greater Manchester area

What’s the role?

As a growing organisation with over 450 stores nationwide we are always on the look out for local talent interested in working with us. In particular we are looking for Store Managers in the Greater Manchester area.

You will be reporting directly to the Area Manager, you'll take full responsibility for the daily running of your pet care centre, driving sales and performance while ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing all aspects of daily operations, from stock control to store standards.
• Leading and inspiring your team to achieve sales targets and exceed KPIs.
