Job summary

Pets at Home in Hertford is seeking a Store Manager to lead our team. You’ll take full responsibility for the daily running of the store, drive sales and performance, and deliver an exceptional shopping experience for our customers and their pets.

The role requires at least 2 years of management experience in retail, a track record of leading a 10+ person team in a fast-paced environment, and flexibility for a 7-day shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays.

What’s the role?

We’re looking for a Store Manager to lead our team in Hertford. Reporting directly to the Area Manager, you’ll take full responsibility for the daily running of your pet care centre, driving sales and performance while ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.
