Heron Foods in Greater Manchester is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a busy store in Northenden. You’ll motivate and coach your team to hit sales targets, maintain store standards, manage stock and health & safety, and deliver exceptional customer service in a community-focused environment.

You’ll receive a competitive salary of £30,920 per year, 30 days leave, and extra perks including employee discounts and career development opportunities as part of the B&M retail group.

As a Store Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our success, taking responsibility for:

• Ensuring operational excellence, from store presentation to stock management and health & safety compliance.
