Job summary

Heron Foods is seeking a Store Manager for our Hull store at Marfleet Lane. This permanent, full-time role requires a 45-hour week with a salary of £32,000 per annum and bonus opportunities. You will lead a busy team, drive sales, and maintain excellent store standards in a fast-paced, community-focused environment.

You will be empowered to coach, schedule, manage stock, and build a positive store culture while delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring health & safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Store Manager or similar leadership role.
• Strong track record of developing teams and achieving results.
• Passion for retail, customer service and delivering exceptional results.
