We are seeking a dedicated Store Manager to join our team. The role requires providing exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. You should have a passion for fashion, a desire to excel, and extensive product knowledge to promote our brand.

Responsibilities

• Achieve financial targets and KPIs by analyzing variances and implementing corrective actions
• Establish rapport with customers to identify current and future needs
• Maintain store conditions and visual merchandising standards
• Analyze sales data and forecast future sales
• Manage stock levels and control stock decisions
• Propose innovative ideas to increase market share
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through excellent service
• Oversee store operations by scheduling staff and monitoring performance
• Recruit, select, and train staff to maintain staffing levels
• Coach, counsel, and discipline staff; monitor and appraise performance

The ideal candidate will have proven senior management experience in retail, preferably fashion, with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
