We are a town centre, retail park, and digital footwear retailer, offering low-price and high-quality footwear for the whole family, with free next-day delivery on all orders, seven days a week. We operate from 280 stores and have approximately 2,200 employees across the UK.

Our store portfolio includes 91 town centre stores stocking the core shoezone range, 144 hybrid town centre stores, and 43 larger retail park stores that also stock brands like Skechers, Hush Puppies, and Kickers.

The Store Manager Role

As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for the operation of your store. You should be a hands-on leader who motivates from the front, focusing on maximizing sales through local knowledge, exceeding targets, controlling costs, providing excellent customer service, and inspiring your team.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Achieve optimal sales by ensuring excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Support, develop, and mentor your team to maintain high store standards and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Maintain store standards and merchandising according to guidelines, ensuring a clean and inviting environment.
• Ensure a safe environment by implementing health and safety policies.
