Job summary

Savers Health Home & Beauty on Narborough Rd in Leicester is seeking a Store Manager to lead the team, uphold high standards and drive exceptional customer service and sales on the high street.

You will manage a fast-paced retail environment, coach staff to grow, build connections with the local community, and contribute to a positive, inclusive culture. The role offers £34,350 per annum plus a generous bonus scheme and benefits.

Location: Narborough Rd

Hours per Week: 39 hours

Shift pattern: Full-time - flexible shift patterns across mornings; afternoons; evenings and weekends, which will be discussed further at interview

Salary: £34,350 per annum, plus generous bonus scheme
