Deichmann isextremely proud to announce that we are recruiting for a StoreManager, for our store in Leeds.

You will join uson a full time, permanent basis and in return will receive aguaranteed salary of £33,500 + the potential to earn monthly comissionand annual bonuses.

Ideal candidate:

This is a really exciting opportunity for asuccessful and ambitious Store Manager to join a successful,international retail brand.

Already demonstratinga superior level of performance within their own store, the successfulcandidate will have the right mix of managerial and technicalaptitudes in order to drive performance.

You willhave previous experience of working as a Store Manager in fast paced,high volume retail setting.

You must be able toproblem solve and think on your feet, alongside this you will be apeople person, have the ability to plan and co-ordinate resources andbe passionate about the delivery of exceptional customer service.

Key activities:

• Motivate and coach the team to deliver excellent customerservice
• Lead by example in promoting and recommendingcomplimentary shoe care products, demonstrating confidence withselling and excellent product knowledge, ensuring the very best levelof customer service
• Stock management
• Analysing andinterpreting sales performance data and reports
• Makingrecommendation for ways to improve sales performance, based onanalysis of quantitative and qualitative data and identification ofcustomer insights
• Ensure all company standards areimplemented and maintained i.e. merchandising, admin
• Deliveryof all KPI’s, meeting all company standards
• Recruitment andtraining of the team

• A handson leader, with experience working as a Retail Store Manager
• A positive flexible approach with a can do attitude
• Energy and enthusiasm, with ability to work under pressure,in a demanding fast paced environment
• Have the confidence andability to motivate, coach and inspire the team
