Day to day, you’ll lead your team to deliver both individual and team objectives, including driving revenue and ensuring a great customer experience. You’ll communicate with stakeholders across the business to ensure a clear strategy and support for your store. You will foster a high-performance culture focused on financial and behavioral KPIs, whilst capitalizing on new retail opportunities.
