We are seeking an Assistant Store Manager to collaborate with our Store Manager in driving store success. Your role will involve leading daily operations, fostering teamwork, and creating a memorable shopping experience while maintaining our brand standards.

Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Development
  • Partner with the Store Manager to lead a motivated, engaged team.
  • Encourage a collaborative work environment and promote teamwork.
  • Drive training initiatives to develop team skills.
  • Ensure clear communication and build trust within the team.
  • Maintain product knowledge to enhance customer service.
Operational Excellence
  • Assist in daily store operations, ensuring policy compliance.
  • Uphold visual merchandising and cleanliness standards.
  • Prioritize health and safety through regular assessments.
  • Participate in recruiting and retaining talented staff.
  • Support sales targets and profitability strategies.
  • Monitor KPIs to ensure store success.
  • Manage stock levels and delivery processes.
  • Implement loss prevention measures.
Customer Experience
  • Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Address customer feedback promptly.
