What you'll do

Store Manager in Hounslow

40 hours per week

Delivering an outstanding customer proposition. This isn’t your average retail role. It’s much more than an average Store Manager job. You’ll manage the branch, serve customers, check deliveries, pick items from the warehouse, and stock shelves. The environment can be hot in the summer and cold in the winter. If you take pride in leading and motivating a team to achieve great results, our customers will notice and appreciate us more.

Day-to-day
  1. Delivering great service: Ensuring your team provides excellent customer experience and drives sales through service.
  2. Mucking in: Assisting with deliveries, opening and closing the branch, stocking shelves, cleaning, and assembling orders.
  3. Inspiring: Fostering a positive mindset, encouraging feedback, praise, and recognition.
  4. Asking questions and building relationships: Supporting your team’s development, supporting business growth, and ensuring customers leave satisfied.
  5. Leading: Coaching, motivating, and engaging your team to create a positive work environment.
  6. Building a fun working environment: Maintaining high standards and product availability while ensuring the branch is a great place to work.
