Zachary Daniels is partnering with a growing premium furniture and interiors brand to recruit a Store Manager for its busy London flagship, offering up to £40,000 plus a performance-based bonus.

You will lead a showroom, develop a high-performing team and shape customer experiences from first contact to follow-up, with opportunities to contribute to future openings.

This role rewards commercial drive, strong merchandising, and hands-on leadership in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Previous Store Manager experience in a sales-focused retail environment.
• Background in premium interiors/furniture or related retail.
• Hands-on leader who develops people.
• Commercially minded with ability to drive sales and KPIs.
• Passionate about personal service and customer relationships.
• Organised with strong attention to detail and store presentation.
• Interest in interiors and design.
• Flexible to weekends and key trading periods, including Christmas.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales, conversion and average order value, turning targets into clear daily actions.
• Coaching and motivating your team through regular feedback, training and development.
• Creating a premium, personal customer experience, from the first conversation through to appointments and follow-up.
• Keeping the showroom beautifully presented, with strong visual merchandising and product standards.
• Managing rotas, stock, deliveries and customer enquiries to keep the store running smoothly.
• Working closely with senior retail management to identify opportunities and put improvements into action.
