Qualifications

• Experienced operational retail leader with a proven track record of managing large-format or flagship stores.
• Experience as General Store Manager, Store Manager, Operations Manager or Senior Retail Manager in high-volume retail.
• Strong background leading large teams and developing future leaders.
• Proven success managing P&L, KPIs and operational performance.
• Excellent commercial awareness balancing customer experience with efficiency and financial performance.
• Outstanding leadership, communication and decision-making skills.
• Ability to lead through change and deliver sustainable results.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the store P&L, delivering sales growth, profitability and productivity.
• Drive operational excellence across stock, compliance, health & safety, availability and customer experience.

The Opportunity

As Senior Store Manager, you'll have full accountability for the flagship store, overseeing every aspect of the operation. From commercial performance and operational execution to talent development and customer experience, you'll play a pivotal role in the continued success of one of the company's most important locations.

About You

You’ll be an experienced operational retail leader with a proven track record of managing large-format or flagship stores.

You’ll bring:

• Experience as a General Store Manager, Store Manager, Operations Manager or Senior Retail Manager within a high-volume retail environment.
• A strong background leading large teams and developing future leaders.
• Proven success managing P&L, KPIs and operational performance.
• Excellent commercial awareness with the ability to balance customer experience, operational efficiency and financial performance.
