Job summary

British Heart Foundation in Grantham is seeking a Store Manager to lead one of our fashion store teams with a community focus, delivering excellent service while promoting sustainability.

You will be responsible for store performance, maximizing sales through physical and digital channels, and achieving targets by guiding an inclusive, diverse team that embodies BHF values. The role is a 1-year fixed-term contract with full flexibility across 7 days, including weekends and bank holidays.
