Job summary

British Heart Foundation is seeking a Store Manager to lead one of our fashion store teams. You will drive store performance, maximise sales through physical and digital channels, and ensure targets are met by building an inclusive, high-performing team aligned to BHF values.

This fast-paced, hands-on role involves coordinating donations and stock, delivering excellent customer service, and working across seven days, including weekends and bank holidays, to support life-saving heart research.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team to achieve and exceed store targets by motivating staff and ensuring excellent customer service.
• Maximise sales through physical and digital channels while maintaining visual merchandising standards.
• Coordinate donations, stock intake and processing to ensure efficient store operations and community impact.

As a Store Manager you will be accountable for your stores performance, maximising sales through physical and digital channels, and achieving store targets by leading an inclusive and diverse team that consistently demonstrate the BHF values .

Each day is different in this varied, fast paced and hands on role. Due to the volume of collections, deliveries and donations, it can be physically demanding at times, yet most rewarding as you play a part in helping to fund life saving research.
