Job summary

Holland & Barrett in Bakewell is seeking a Store Manager to lead a high-performing team and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will drive sales, profitability and store operations while developing colleagues through our training programs.

We are looking for an experienced retail leader who can manage budgets, merchandize effectively and ensure safety standards, with a focus on health and wellness expertise and customer satisfaction.

As a Store Manager, you'll lead your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, drive commercial success and create an environment where colleagues can thrive. What You'll Be Doing

• Lead, inspire and develop a high-performing team that delivers exceptional customer experiences every day.
• Build a culture of learning and wellbeing by coaching colleagues and helping them become trusted health and wellness experts through our Qualified to Advise training which you will also undertake.
• Drive commercial performance by managing sales, profitability, payroll and operational excellence.
• Ensure stock availability, visual merchandising, compliance and health and safety standards are maintained across the store.
• Champion the use of technology to improve operational efficiency and enhance the customer experience.
• Work collaboratively with your Regional Manager and peers to share best practice and deliver success across the wider region.
