Job Title:Store Manager
Location:Clacton-on-Sea
Basic Salary:£28,000 - £32,000 per annum DOE
OTE:Between £50,000 - £60,000+ per annum
Shift and schedule:Trading hours are 9:00 am - 5:30 pm Monday to Saturday & 10:00 am - 4:00 pm Sunday. 5 out of 7 days working pattern.

- Providing personalised product recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences.
- Assisting customers in navigating the store, answering questions, and offering insights into product features.
- Maintaining visual merchandising standards to create an appealing and organised shopping environment.
- Processing transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.
- Keeping track of inventory levels and restocking products as needed.
- Contributing to the overall cleanliness and tidiness of the shop.
- Creating a welcoming environment where exceptional customer service is paramount.
- Driving results by consistently meeting targets and KPIs.
- Leading by example and motivating your team members.
- Bringing fresh ideas and expertise to the table with strong communication skills.

Successful Applicant:
