This is an opportunity to take responsibility for a substantial operation generating around £30m in annual revenue, leading a team of approximately 50-60 colleagues through supervisors and managers.

The business is far more interested in your ability to lead people, drive standards and manage performance than whether you’ve worked in the sector before.

The Role

This role is centred around operational leadership.

You’ll be responsible for leading a substantial team and ensuring the operation runs safely, efficiently and effectively on a day-to-day basis.
