Job summary

McCarthy Recruitment Ltd are recruiting for a premium retail brand seeking a Store Manager to lead a high-profile Lakeside store. You will develop people, drive sales and deliver exceptional customer experiences on the shop floor.

You’ll coach and motivate a team, manage KPIs, budgets and stock, and partner with senior stakeholders to sustain outstanding results. A strong track record in premium retail and customer service is essential.

We’re recruiting for a premium retail brand looking for an inspiring Store Manager to lead a high-profile store in Lakeside.
