An established industry player in retail seeks a passionate Shop Manager to lead a dynamic team. Please note that this role is a 37.5-hour contract, and weekend availability is required.
White Stuff was established in 1985 through a simple idea. This idea grew and now we have shops and concessions in the UK and internationally, selling women's and men's clothing, as well as beautiful accessories and homeware. Our original prints (all designed in-house), intricate details, and considered design touches reflect our personality and make us subtly distinctive.

The Shop Manager holds overall responsibility for their shop. This includes taking ownership and initiative to drive performance through managing KPIs, ensuring customers have the best shopping experience, developing the team, and ensuring White Stuff's presence in the local community.
You will report to your Area Manager and be part of our Retail team.
