Job summary

ProCook Ltd. is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our Eastbourne store team and bring the ProCook experience to life. You’ll own the store, build a motivated team, and create a welcoming environment where colleagues and customers thrive.

You’ll drive sales, deliver exceptional customer service, and manage day-to-day operations with guidance from the Regional Manager. This full-time role rewards leadership, results and people development.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Store Manager (essential).
• Management experience within retail or hospitality (essential).
• Proven track record of leading teams and driving performance.
• Strong commercial awareness and confidence using sales and KPI data to make decisions.
• Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on approach and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong operational and stock management experience.
• Genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service and developing people.

This full-time role requires 40 hours per week, working 5 days out of 7 on a rota basis, including weekends. The schedule consists of one full weekend off, one weekend on, one Saturday off, and one Sunday off within a 4-week cycle.

As part of your onboarding, you'll complete mandatory training including two days at our Store Support Centre in Gloucester and four weeks at one of our training stores. The timing and order of this training may vary.
