ProCook is hiring a Deputy Store Manager for our Cabot Circus Store in Bristol. You will work alongside the Store Manager to lead a busy retail environment, drive performance, and ensure exceptional customer experiences.

Expect hands-on leadership, coaching, and active involvement in day-to-day operations. We offer onboarding with training at diverse locations, a full-time 40-hour week schedule, and a supportive culture with strong values.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a supervisory, team leader or deputy management role.
• Previous experience in retail or hospitality.
• Strong people leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop others.
• Commercial awareness using sales and performance data to drive results.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Positive, can-do attitude and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager to inspire, coach, and develop a high-performing team.

What you’ll be doing:

No two days are the same at ProCook. As Deputy Store Manager, you'll help lead a busy retail environment by:

• Supporting the Store Manager to inspire, coach, and develop a high-performing team

This full-time role requires 40 hours per week, working 5 days out of 7 on a rota basis, including weekends. The schedule consists of one full weekend off, one weekend on, one Saturday off, and one Sunday off within a 4-week cycle.

As part of your onboarding, you’ll complete mandatory training including two days at our Store Support Centre in Gloucester and 4 weeks at one of our training stores. The timing and order of this training may vary.
