Store Manager – Ernest Jones – Doncaster

As Store Manager at Ernest Jones in Doncaster, you will be responsible for achieving store targets by promoting a sales-focused culture, building and inspiring a customer-first team, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. You should be passionate about role modeling sales skills, coaching your team, and adopting a proactive approach to sales management.

You will also oversee compliance with company instructions, policies, and processes, and manage store costs, payroll, shrinkage, and expenses. Additionally, you will organize and plan operational activities within the store.
