Responsibilities Include:

• Lead by example to set management expectations for your team.
• Manage employee relations, including grievances and performance management.
• Train, mentor, and coach team members towards goals and succession planning.
• Problem-solving and providing effective solutions.
• Analyze financial reports, such as payroll reports.
• Manage rosters and approvals.
• Oversee store operations on the shop floor and back of house.
