Card Factory Store Manager role at Card Factory. You will lead a store at the heart of our team, guiding a talented group, coaching staff, and shaping a culture where colleagues feel supported, valued and inspired.

You’ll work with District and Regional Managers to drive growth, improve performance, and celebrate success. A customer-first mindset and data-driven decisions will help you bring out the best in every shift.

Formación

• Proven leadership experience in retail or a similar team-based environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate and develop others.
• Comfort using systems to support daily store operations and payroll.
• Calm, adaptable leadership under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day store operations, set clear direction, and build a high-performing team.
• Hire, coach, and develop colleagues while merchandising and managing payroll.
• Collaborate with District and Regional Managers to drive growth and celebrate success.
• Own store performance and implement improvements based on data and feedback.
