Cotswold Outdoor Group is seeking a Store Manager in Biggleswade to lead a team on the shop floor and drive great customer experiences. You’ll guide daily operations, deliver superb service and help the store grow with hands-on leadership.

You’ll manage performance, develop colleagues, and collaborate with senior teams to shape store success, while upholding our brand standards and local store goals.

As a Store Manager, you’ll lead that team. You’ll make sure the store is a friendly place where customers get great advice and the equipment they need for their adventures.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll run the store, lead the team and make sure every customer has a great experience. Each week you’ll:

• Develop your team to deliver exceptional service and exceed store targets
