With a focus on customer experience and colleague development, our Store Managers drive the success of our stores. As a store manager, you will be responsible for delivering growth and fostering a team culture centered on customer satisfaction.

Role Responsibilities
  1. You will oversee the store’s operations, focusing on customer experience, team development, and commercial growth aligned with our 5-year strategy.
  2. Develop a team that embodies our customer promise and actively seeks to delight customers.
  3. Coach, train, and develop colleagues, leveraging their strengths and addressing development areas.
  4. Recruit Assistant Managers, Team Leaders, and Sales Assistants who reflect our values and possess the necessary skills.
  5. Make commercial decisions regarding stock availability and merchandising.
  6. Engage with key stakeholders to understand broader business objectives.
  7. Provide constructive feedback to the team and management to promote growth and performance.
