The successful candidate will manage recruitment, training and store operations, ensuring high visual standards and adherence to health & safety guidelines while delivering promotional campaigns and seasonal activity.

• Lead, coach and develop a large retail team to achieve individual and store performance targets.
• Take ownership of sales, KPIs and commercial performance.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and ensure consistently high service standards.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, training and ongoing team development.
• Analyse store performance and identify opportunities to maximise sales and profitability.
• Maintain excellent visual, operational and merchandising standards.
• Oversee stock management, deliveries and inventory processes.
• Ensure company policies, procedures and health & safety standards are followed.
• Motivate your team through effective communication, coaching and recognition.
• Support the delivery of key promotions, campaigns and seasonal activity.
