Job summary

Astrid & Miyu is seeking a Store Manager for our Leeds store. You will lead and develop the team to create an engaging, in-store experience and drive sales through strong leadership, store operations, and brand standards.

As a values-led retailer, you will own the customer journey, mentor staff, host events, and reinforce CRM initiatives while nurturing local community relationships. This is a full-time role based in Leeds with bonus and commission potential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Store Manager or similar role.
• Strong leadership and people development skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the store team to deliver outstanding in-store experiences.
• Drive sales and achieve strong KPI performance including inventory and visual merchandising.
• Coach staff with a focus on growth, ownership, and customer-centric service.
• Collaborate with regional teams to implement brand standards and CRM initiatives.
• Engage with the local community and host events to build brand loyalty.
