Qualifications

• Experience as Store Manager or equivalent leadership role.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to drive store performance.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills for the shop floor.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store team to deliver memorable in-store experiences.
• Coach team through a reverse leadership approach to foster engagement.
• Manage inventory, VM, store layouts and experiential retail.
• Ensure efficient operational processes to boost productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Promote CRM programmes, host events and engage with local communities.
• Drive growth through storefront leadership and brand expansion in new markets.
