Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Store Manager for our Leicester location. You will lead staffing, training and development, drive sales, and ensure brand presentation and exemplary customer service on the shop floor and in the stockroom.

You will build a high-performing team, manage payroll and scheduling, and oversee inventory and omnichannel processes while upholding company values and standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of store management or supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
• Proven ability to drive business results in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English and ability to engage customers with product knowledge.
• Experience overseeing inventory, scheduling, payroll and omni-channel operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all salesfloor and stockroom operations with focus on customer service and seamless operations.
• Coach staff to demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness to drive sales.
• Ensure displays adhere to Brand and Corporate direction.
• Recruit, hire, train management and non-management associates.
• Conduct staffing, scheduling, payroll management and opening/closing routines.
• Oversee inventory, replenishment, stockroom and omni-channel operations.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making and protect store assets.
• Represent the brand and company culture at all times.
