Job summary

Cards Direct in Guildford is seeking a Store Manager to lead day-to-day operations, drive sales, and deliver outstanding customer service. The role requires motivating and developing the store team, maintaining merchandising standards, and ensuring safety and policy compliance.

Responsibilities

• To effectively manage the store, maximising sales to exceed targets.
• To deliver outstanding personal customer service whilst motivating and developing the store team to do the same.
• To maintain the highest possible standards of merchandising, housekeeping and general safety whilst adhering to, and enforcing, company policies and procedures.
• Lead and coach the store team to achieve operational goals and deliver legendary customer service.
• Monitor store performance and implement improvements based on key business indicators.
