Asda Stores Ltd. is seeking a General Store Manager in Great Yarmouth to lead day-to-day operations across multiple departments, maximise availability, and minimise waste. You will drive efficiency, coach leaders, and ensure compliance with policies, while delivering a customer-focused shopping experience.

You will work closely with the Operations Manager and department heads to set standards, improve stock flow, and foster a culture of empowerment and accountability on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• Execution-focused and results-driven leadership in a large-format store.
• Strong commercial awareness for stock, availability, waste and shrink.
• Coaching and developing leadership teams on shopfloor standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning strategy and execution of day-to-day store operations across departments.
• Maximise availability, minimise waste and shrink, ensure safe, compliant operations.

• Drive delivery flow, stock routines and compliance improvements.
• Mentor and empower team through coaching, fostering ownership and initiative.
