Job summary

Starbucks in the United Kingdom is seeking a store manager to lead a busy retail environment. You will manage daily operations, coach partners, and drive store performance while upholding the Starbucks experience for customers and partners.

You’ll analyse data and use forecasting tools to manage labour within budget, recruit diverse talent, and roll out initiatives that deliver results. Hours may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays as you lead from the front.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in retail or hospitality.
• Ability to analyse data and inform decisions.
• Knowledge of forecasting and scheduling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute store operations through your team across shifts and cover weekends.
• Analyse data and observations to improve customer and store performance.
