• The Store Relaunch: manage growth during a major capacity expansion and lead a growing team through reopening and revenue surge.
• The Management Fast Track: learn the commercial, financial and strategic elements to prepare for the top job.
• The Floor Leadership: run day-to-day operations and ensure consistent brand standards and guest satisfaction.
• The Talent Development: coach, motivate and manage baristas to deliver the Village welcome.
