You will manage daily operations from shop floor to warehouse, coach teams, and drive KPI performance while ensuring fair discipline and scheduling practices.

Strong leadership in a high‑volume retail environment is essential, with the ability to direct colleagues when senior managers are absent, ensuring customer satisfaction and smooth store operation.

• People management including performance, disciplinaries, scheduling and pay.
• May assume overall store leadership in the absence of more senior management.
