Qualifications

• 12+ months of retail experience in sports/fashion with strong selling skills.
• Leadership and customer service experience.
• Strong KPI and analytics understanding; able to train others.
• Excellent product knowledge and ability to share it with customers.
• Comfortable giving feedback and handling challenging store situations.
