Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs, recommend suitable products, and promote complementary items.
• Maintain high standards of customer service.
• Keep displays and stock areas clean, organised, and well presented.
• Replenish stock and ensure products are available.
• Process transactions, cash handling, and deliveries.
• Use in-store technology and systems to support enquiries.
• Follow company policies and health and safety requirements.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to support the effective day-to-day running of the store.
• Assist with additional duties as reasonably required.
