Job summary

OneView Commerce is seeking an experienced Product Manager to own the vision, strategy, and backlog for the store experience—the front-end applications store personnel use to serve customers, process payments, and manage stock. You will report to the Chief Product Officer and drive decisions that affect thousands of stores worldwide.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a Product Manager or Product Owner on customer-facing software.
• Writes product vision, user stories and acceptance criteria personally.
• Decisive, and able to set direction without committee decisions.
• Has run user research with real users in working environments.
• Can read wireframes and briefs, guiding a designer precisely.
• Understands store operations, staffing pressure, and peak trading.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision and strategy for the store experience.
• Plan and run store personnel research and turn findings into backlog.
• Translate research into design direction for the UX designer.
• Manage the backlog with epics and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate interfaces between front-end store experience and platform services.
• Represent the store user in design reviews, architecture discussions, and governance.
• Ensure quality and accessibility standards, including performance on store hardware.
• Own the release plan and update documentation for each feature.
• Coordinate dependencies with other teams and third parties.
